New Body & SoulMichelle is a local mum who is a women's personal trainer and nutritionist empowering women through food, exercise and mindset. She runs two types of classes:
Strong Mama Tuesdays 9.45am - 10.30am and 10.45am - 11.30am These classes are a mum & baby postnatal class focusing on the areas impacted by pregnancy - back, glutes & core. Toys and mats are available for the little ones. Classes are 6 week blocks to be used within 8 weeks at £72 or drop-in classes £14 if there is space Mums Gone Back to Work Monday, Tuesday and Friday 6am - 6.45am This is a 6 week PT and nutrition programme working with a maximum of 6 other women. YogaThere's a number of free mums and babies yoga sessions in the neighbourhood:
Thursdays 1.15pm Greenside Community Centre, 24 Lilestone Street Alternate Wednesdays, 1 - 3pm St Mary Magdalene's Church, Rowington Cl, W2 5TF (the other Wednesdays are music sessions so there's activity whichever week you go!) |
