Over the summer the new Xtend Barre Studio opened on Marylebone High Street. You can find more information about them at their website https://www.xtendbarre.com/studio/london/ The studio is beautiful, with all modern facilities and bright studio rooms. They have a fabulous new client offer that of 2 weeks unlimited classes for £49, which I will be trying out soon hopefully!
Not only do they run amazing classes for adults, but they are also running classes for babies and children. The Babies on Board classes run on Mondays and Fridays at 10am (55 minute class) Babies from 6 weeks to 9kg (approximately 9 months) Work out with your baby in a sling or carrier and on the mat next to you Pricing: £25 for a single class, £230 for a 10 class pack (or buy our New Client Special which offers 2 weeks of unlimited classes for £49) The Xtend Barre Petites information is in the flyer below. My little one and her best friend tried the class last week and had a great time. Mums got to sit in the lovely lounge area drinking delicious coffee, or juices and snack, having a nice catch up while the little ones enjoyed a fun filled class with Catie which combined dancing, ballet, imaginary play incorporated with movement and all the areas that the fab Barre program covers. After 45 minutes we were presented with 2 girls who had a a great time playing with pros, dancing, stretching and generally having had a fabulous time. The class seems to complement the ballet classes we already do, or could be done instead of ubiquitous ballet classes. If you would like further information you can email london@xtendbarre.com, call the studio on 01664 494949 or pop in and chat to someone on the Front Desk.

There is nothing that can increase your supply like your baby's suckling. You see, breast milk creation is all about supply and demand, and it's a tightly regulated system. Don't worry if your breasts don't feel full or think baby isn't getting much milk, the sucking reflex will help stimulate more milk over the long run.

Hope you have a happy and healthy baby home with you! I just stumbled upon your site today.. all because of some photos on google for bullet journaling. I became interested in some of the things you had to say and wanted to share your page with my husband. I also enjoy writing and I connected to some things you had to say. When i stumbled upon this recent post, written just 5 days before my own birthday, I just had to write and say thank you for sharing and I’m praying you and your family are home, happy and healthy. You’ll have to write and share about how your two little ones reacted to their new brother or sister! And again, thank you for sharing “Waiting on Baby” and good luck to you all!

Whether you’re a crunchy granola mama, a helicopter parent, or practice free-range parenting, the Magic Bullet Baby Bullet is something you’ll possibly find yourself checking out at some point in the infant food procedure.
