There are different classes based on what your focus is and what you want to achieve - fitness or cycling performance. The team can talk you through which classes may be the right ones for you.

New to fitness or returning back to fitness:
When you walk in to the studio you will be greeted by a One 10 team member who will get you set up on your bike and answer any questions/concerns you may have. We recommend turning up at least 15 minutes prior to class so that you feel confident and comfortable before you begin your class. Once the class starts the lights go down and the studio becomes dark enough to take away any inhibitions which allows you to really let go and focus on your ride. Our indoor cycling classes are great for levels of fitness. Whether it’s your first or hundredth time on a bike. Our classes are low impact and high intensity. You will improve your cardio for a healthy heart, strengthen your core, burn calories, relieve stress all while being a part of a like-minded community that feels like a team. Your results from your class will be monitored and sent to your online profile so you can track your progress while you go at your own pace.
