Sing and Sign classes are being held locally for babies aged 0 to 2 years.
Classes run on Mondays at 2:15 in Rudolf Steiner House NW1 6XT (just off Park Road/Baker St)
Developed with the help of Speech and Language experts and launched in January 2001, the “Sing and Sign” programme has since taught tens of thousands of parents across the UK how to sign with their babies and encourage amazing early communication.
Sing and Sign’s original and unique approach has revolutionised baby signing in this country. Everyone knows nursery rhymes and action songs are great fun and musical activities help stimulate language development. Sing and Sign combines the benefits of both music and baby signing. We teach a wide range of signs using some traditional and some specially written or adapted songs. What makes Sing and Sign special is that every sign used in song relates to those important first words of a baby’s world! Nappies and bath time, hiding games and bedtime. You name it, we have a song about it, and the babies just love to hear them! With a high standard of educational content, this is a relaxing, enjoyable and unpressured way for you and your baby to learn.
Different ages, so please contact for details and to book prior to attending.
For more information and to book your free trial please contact Vesna at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07975 800 893.

It looks like a great addition to the activity schedule in Marylebone!
While MaryleboneMums.com works hard to improve the family-friendliness of the Marlyebone area and increase the variety of activities and classes here, we will keep you updated with things to do in the surrounding areas.
A future post will provide more information about Bach to Baby and the baby-friendly sessions at the Royal Opera House.
Slightly closer to home is Poem Parties on the St Johns Wood/Hampstead/Maida Vale border - they run classes as well as being a children's party venue. More information can be found on our things to do page.
Similarly on the Swiss Cottage/St Johns Wood border is Huggle (also on our things to do page), where there are lots of classes too.
As you can see, the areas surrounding Marylebone are quite saturated with classes. Hopefully we should see more classes and activities coming to our area soon. Until then, a bus or tube ride from can get you to some classes.
If you have had a good experience using a local business, do let us know through the Contact Us page, or on the Forum.
Similarly, if you have had great service from a business when out with your baby or with a pram, do also let us know.
There are some baby- unfriendly businesses in the local area too, so do let me know if you have found one of those gems so we can share the info with other mums.
Are you a local business who is family friendly and pram friendly? Get in touch at email@example.com
